The Garden Inn Bed and Breakfast of Monterey at Bee Rock in Tennessee specializes in hosting corporate meetings, executive corporate retreats, and church retreats. We are centrally located approximately one hour to one and a half hours from Nashville, TN, Knoxville, TN, and Chattanooga, TN. In addition, we are less than five hours from each of the following cities: Atlanta, GA, Birmingham, AL, Lexington or Louisville, KY, Cincinatti, OH, and, the home of the King, Memphis, TN. Our facilities include a meeting room with seating for 30 with all the necessary meeting room amenities for corporate meetings and gatherings, church retreats, workshops, banquets, etc. Please call for daytime use fees and related services.

Our formal dining room will comfortably seat 40.
Meals for meetings and conferences are available on a pre-arranged basis from our kitchen. Beverage service and snacks can be provided for conference attendees as needed, please see our "Food Services" information below.

Food Services:

Lunch and dinner is available in the Garden Inn Bed and Breakfast at Bee Rock dining room. We prefer to have groups of twelve or more. Please ask about service for smaller groups and about our current menu selections.

Beverages and snacks are available for service in the conference room. The morning session consists of coffee, tea, juice, muffins and/or pastries and is priced at $4.50 per person. The afternoon service consists of your choice of two of the following snacks: cookies or brownies, salsa and chips, or snack mix; includes our homemade Lemon Almond Tea and soft drinks, and is priced at $4.50 per person. For unlimited coffee and soft drinks throughout the day with both of the above services, please allow an additional $2.50 per person. For unlimited coffee and soft drinks throughout the day with either one of the above services, please allow an additional $4.50 per person. For those who desire only unlimited coffee and soft drinks throughout the day, the charge would be $3.00 per person for a half-day retreat and $6.00 per person for a full-day.

Guest Rooms:

Guest rooms are available to corporate and executive groups, as well as, church groups on Sunday through Thursday evenings at a discounted rate of $125.00 per room. Rates for Friday and Saturday evening are the regular rate of $135.00 to $145.00 depending upon individual room selection. If a group with fewer than ten rooms wishes to have exclusive use of the Inn, the empty rooms may be reserved for $75.00 per night. These rates always include an evening gourmet dessert and full breakfast. Guest rooms are equipped with TV / VCR's, data ports, queen beds, private baths, comfortable reading chairs and surroundings that cannot be matched in this area. We are happy to announce that we now have wireless DSL access available for guest use.

Taxes and Gratuities:

Tennessee sales tax is currently 9.75% on all purchases and Putnam County Lodging Tax is currently 6% of guest room charges. (The taxes are subject to change without notice) A 20% gratuity is billed on food charges only.
